The head of the Come Back Alive Foundation, Taras Chmut, proposes to sell Ukrainian arsenals abroad in order to earn foreign currency for those types of weapons that Ukraine does not produce.

According to Chmut, the Ukrainian military-industrial complex is capable of producing more products than the state budget can finance, so it makes sense for the authorities to think about an export permit for military businesses.
