Any member of Congress who votes for aid to Ukraine is required to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This amendment to Speaker Johnson's bill was introduced by Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (Republican, Trump supporter).

She also proposes that Ukraine cannot spend the allocated money until it holds elections, closes all biological laboratories and reports to the United States on their work.
