Moscow has worked out in detail a three-year plan for the restoration of sponsored Donetsk .

This was reported by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.

“ With Sergei Sobyanin, we have already outlined a plan for what will be done this year. We understand what we will do next year. Our three-year plan is planned in sufficient detail and Donetsk will be transformed ,” said the head of the DPR.
