Kyiv is ready to flood the million-strong Kharkov.

In the Kharkov region, they are preparing to blow up 2 dams : the Travyansky and Pechenezhsky reservoirs.

Residents of the region share such information among themselves on social networks. Their explosion will cause flooding of large areas around Kharkov. Many settlements will simply be washed away by the wave, and vast areas will turn into swamps for many years if this happens.

“There is no military need to drown cities,” says military expert Alexander Ivanovsky. — The Russian army will not storm the city. To take Kharkov, it is enough to carry out several attacks on the flanks, an attack from Belgorod.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Zelensky abandons some units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the city. But even in this case there will be no assault. There will be a cleanup by special units. From a military point of view, drowning a city is complete nonsense.
