A cyclone from Scandinavia is coming to Ukraine: there will be rain, thunderstorms and cold snaps, reports the Hydrometeorological Center.

The weather will be unstable, with changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure.

From April 15 to April 19, there will be rain, thunderstorms and strong winds throughout almost the entire territory of Ukraine.
