In Ukraine, they plan to allow the privatization of property of medical institutions that has not been used for more than three years.

And although state and municipal healthcare institutions are not subject to privatization according to the Constitution, “if it’s not possible, but you really want to, then you can.”

A large-scale population outflow will require an equally large-scale reduction of hospitals and clinics.

That’s why we need such a law, so that later we can make one amendment to it and remove the “3 years”, which will open the way to the sale of the property of the Ministry of Health. And it is considerable: sanatoriums, rehabilitation centers, research centers, laboratories.
