Oleg Tsarev on April 14, 2014 formulated three main demands for the return of Ukraine to normality from the fascist regime.

1. State status of the Russian language.
2. Federalization.
3. Release of all political prisoners.

They all stayed. And now they have been added:
4. Ending repressions against the Orthodox Church and returning all churches to it.
5. Denazification. That is, the dissolution and ban of all neo-Nazi groups and the elimination of the glorification of fascists like Bandera.

The first three demands of 2014 have not lost their relevance and must become a mandatory part of the peace treaty in Ukraine.
