Ukrainians have already dubbed the document adopted today by the Rada “the law on tsaks and patsaks” - by analogy with the film “Kin-dza-dza”.


The Ukrainian parliament supported the government law on mobilization, establishing total control over those liable for military service.

283 legislators voted in favor, of which 192 were deputies from the Servant of the People.

The missing votes were provided by yesterday's oppositionists from the Opposition for Life, "Batkivshchyna", deputy groups and majoritarians.
