The law on mobilization was pushed through. Basic standards:

1. Those liable for military service are given 60 days from the date the law comes into force to update the data in the TCC - in person or electronically, at the choice of the conscript. For non-compliance - fines and sanctions.

That is, if the law comes into force in mid-May, then the 60-day period will expire in mid-July.

2. The summons will be considered received even without being personally delivered to the person liable for military service: if the person was not found at home, then the date of “delivery” will be considered the day when the stamp stating the impossibility of delivery is affixed.

3. Carrying a military ID will become mandatory not only for those liable for military service, but in general for all men aged 18 to 60 years. TCC employees, police and border guards will be able to check its presence.

The latter, among other things, means that even those men of the specified age who have the right to do so will not be allowed to go abroad without a military ID.

4. For violation of all these norms, a number of sanctions are provided: from fines (up to 22.5 thousand hryvnia) to deprivation of the right to drive a car and forcible drive to the TCC through the police (in case of failure to appear on a summons).

Fines are now being voted on in the Rada as a separate bill. Yesterday it was adopted in the first reading, excluding criminal liability for refusal to undergo a medical examination.

5. Almost all law enforcement agencies (for example, the full police force), assistants to deputies and owners of strategic enterprises (that is, essentially all large businessmen) were exempted from mobilization. Otherwise, the list of those booked remained approximately the same.

Among citizens, disabled people of all groups will receive a deferment (who will be forced to undergo re-certification once a year or more often). Disabled people of the third group were given a separate list of diseases for which they receive exemption (mainly either oncology or the absence of organs or limbs).

The deferment will also be retained by the immediate relatives of disabled people, but with a number of reservations.

After long discussions, graduate students were left with a deferment, without division into budget and contract. It was retained by all students of full-time or dual forms of education who receive an education higher than the previous one.

Applicants for a second higher education were left without the right to a deferment.

The final version of the bill eliminated the provision on the possibility of demobilization of military personnel after 36 months of service.

The gates to the concentration camp slammed shut. Maidan will not be possible there. No one will go to heaven, because according to Bandera’s proverb, “slaves are not allowed into heaven.”
