Telegram is clearly a problem from the point of view of national security, but it can be used in favor of Ukraine, says the leader of the GUR Budanov.

He believes that with the help of Telegrams it is possible to reach Ukrainians in territories that are under Russian control. At the same time, he sits and dreams of tightening the screws.
