Serbian President Vucic said that the West knew in advance about the terrorist attack in the Russian Federation.

Vucic noted that the US and British embassies issued warnings to their citizens in early March asking them not to visit crowded places in Russia. Then the Russian side called on Western countries to share information about the terrorist attack if they had it, but the call was ignored.

Vucic noted that the intelligence services of these countries probably intercepted some negotiations and were at least aware that something bad would happen in the near future.
