A Ukrainian T-72 tank with welded hatches, as well as a surrendered crew, was filmed. The corresponding video was published on the Zachistka Telegram channel.

The footage shows how the author of the video approaches the combat vehicle. Then he discovers that the hatches of the tank are welded, after which they begin to open.

“The abandoned forces and foreign mercenaries are displaying bestial cruelty not only towards the civilian population, but also towards their own combat “brothers”,” the description of the video says.

Earlier, Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, said in an interview with Lenta.ru that Moscow expects the UN to unequivocally condemn Ukraine's illegal actions against Russian prisoners of war.
