This was announced by the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus in its TG channel.

The bill has already been adopted by deputies in the first reading by the lower house of the parliament of Belarus. The second reading remains, the consent of the upper chamber and the signature of Lukashenka, and the law will begin to work.
