Russian President Vladimir Putin during a telephone conversation with his UAE counterpart Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan raised issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the countries. This was reported in the press service of the Kremlin in the Telegram channel.

“Topical issues of further development of Russian-Emirati cooperation were discussed, taking into account the agreements reached during the summit meeting on October 11 in St. Petersburg,” the press service informed.

Putin and the head of the United Arab Emirates also touched upon the topic of trade and economic cooperation between Moscow and Abu Dhabi.

We are talking, among other things, about the interaction between the transport, logistics and energy sectors of the Russian Federation and the UAE.

In addition, the interlocutors drew attention to the effectiveness of joint work during the OPEC Plus, aimed at ensuring the stability of the global oil market.

Earlier, Putin spoke by phone with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
