Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba complained that a number of Kyiv's allies are afraid to respond positively to the country's application to NATO. He spoke about this in an interview with Politico newspaper.

"Some very good friends of Ukraine are more afraid to respond positively to Ukraine's application for NATO membership than to provide Ukraine with the most modern weapons," he said.
