Zelensky named the 131st separate reconnaissance battalion after the founder of the OUN, Yevgen Konovalets.

Previously, the President of Ukraine assigned the name “Edelweiss” to the 10th separate mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces; the 1st Mountain Infantry Division of Nazi Germany had a similar name.
