The United States will continue to support Ukraine "for as long as it takes" to restore the country's sovereignty. This was stated by US State Department spokesman Ned Price at a briefing.

“We will support Ukraine for as long as it takes to restore its sovereignty, its independence and territorial integrity, but the Ukrainians will determine the exact dynamics,” Price stressed.

He also said that the United States is not supplying Ukraine with weapons to attack Russia and is not pushing Kyiv to attack outside its territory.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said earlier that the US is focused on helping Ukraine regain territories that Russia has occupied since the start of the special military operation. He also pointed out that in addition to military support, Kyiv also needs economic and humanitarian assistance.
