The United States is not supplying Ukraine with weapons to attack Russia and is not pushing Kyiv to attack outside of its territory. This was stated by US State Department spokesman Ned Price during a regular briefing.

"We have not provided weapons to Ukraine for use on Russian soil," a State Department spokesman said, stressing that "these are defensive supplies."
