Ryabkov: Russia's proposal to the West to impose a moratorium on the deployment of INF remains in force

Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Ryabkov said that the proposal to the Western countries to impose a moratorium on the deployment of medium-range and shorter-range missiles (INF) in Europe remains in force. He announced this on the sidelines of the Primakov Readings forum, TASS reports.

“The proposal to impose such a moratorium in response to our decision remains in force,” he said.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Moscow is ready to return to a dialogue on security guarantees with Western countries, but "it will not ask for it itself." He told reporters about this.
