Peskov: all participants will be able to speak at the meeting between Putin and the HRC

Press Secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said that at the meeting of the head of state with the new composition of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation, everyone will be able to speak, TASS reports.

He also pointed out that part of the event will take place without journalists, but it can be published later.

Earlier, Putin signed a decree on changing the composition of the Human Rights Council (HRC). The new composition included the correspondent of "Komsomolskaya Pravda" Alexander Kots and the deputy of the People's Council of the DPR Elena Shishkina.

According to the decree, Igor Kalyapin, Nikolai Svanidze, Alexander Asmolov, Ekaterina Vinokurova and Ivan Zasursky were expelled from the HRC.

Kirill Kabanov, a member of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society and human rights (HRC), said that issues of a special military operation would take first place at the meeting of the HRC with the president.
