Near the Central Department Store in Donetsk, there are dead - two people were killed by shell fragments.

One woman was killed by a shell fragment on the street near the building of the Children's Palace of Creativity not far from the Central Department Store - there was a huge pool of blood on the pavement. Another person, according to eyewitnesses, died inside the building.
