The State Security Service of Latvia proposes to ban entry into the country to the host of the Dozhd TV channel (the organization is included in the list of foreign agents by the Ministry of Justice) Alexei Korostelev after his words about helping the Russian military, the Delfi portal reports.

According to the service, Korostelev's words can be regarded as "a call to provide material support to Russian soldiers," therefore, she recommended that Foreign Minister Kaspars Eklons include Korostelev in the black list of persons who are prohibited from entering Latvia.

Earlier, Dozhd CEO Natalya Sindeeva (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) recorded a video in which she emotionally asked host Alexei Korostelev, who was fired from the TV channel because of the words about the RF Armed Forces, to return to work.

Prior to this, the Dozhd TV channel announced the termination of cooperation with Korostelev after his words on the air that the TV channel was allegedly helping Russian military personnel in a special operation in Ukraine.

According to Sindeeva, all the days after the dismissal of the presenter, she felt like a "disgusting vermin."
