Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Moscow is ready to return to a dialogue on security guarantees with Western countries, but "it will not ask for it itself." He told reporters about this, RIA Novosti reports.

“And when they confirm that they are ready for some kind of more sensible and balanced dialogue in terms of interests, then it will not be up to us,” he said.

Earlier, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Ryabkov said that due to the establishment of a ceiling on oil prices, the West "should be ready for anything." He told reporters about this.

He was asked if Russia would impose its own minimum price on oil exports.

Prior to this, it was reported that the current level of the marginal price for Russian offshore oil at $60 was set on the basis that this price is slightly lower than the market price for Russian raw materials.

According to the source, prices change every day, in this regard, the innovation guarantees that the price ceiling is below the market price of Russian oil.
