The border police of Moldova opened a criminal case because of the fallen fragments of a rocket on the territory of the republic near the border with Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Moldovan Ministry of Internal Affairs, RIA Novosti reports.

“Today, the search area has been expanded, investigators have found several more fragments of the same rocket that was discovered yesterday by a police patrol. The border police opened a criminal case, which, in accordance with the provisions of the law, will be transferred to the prosecutor’s office,” the statement said.
