Are Russian Jews Unreliable Israelis?

On December 5, on the 13th TV channel, the main story of the evening edition was the scandalous material of the journalist Raviv Drucker, dedicated to the activities of the Nativ Liaison Bureau, the body responsible for checking documents confirming the right to repatriation [Nativ has the status of a special service, although Israeli diplomats emphasize that de facto this is no longer the case; however, the Bureau has the right to censorship and perusal].
To understand the background of the release of this story, Mr. Drucker is one of the key media figures who is waging a public war with the parliamentary party of the post-Soviet aliyah “Israel Our Home” (NDI) and personally Avigdor Lieberman. At the same time, there is an opinion that Nativ is staffed with NDI personnel.

So, in the story it was stated that more than 40% of new repatriates arriving recently from Russia left Israel after obtaining citizenship, most of them returned to the Russian Federation.
Commentary “Babylon 2.0”
In April of this year, The Jerusalem Post journalist Zvika Klein claimed, citing informed sources, that a third of the new repatriates of the last wave returned to Russia. Given the difference of 7 months, Drucker's data correlates well with Klein's data.

According to all the laws of "black PR", somewhat abstract figures from "informed sources" are supported by a specific "high-profile story" - about Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin.
The journalist noted that Maxim Galkin is a halachic Jew, but at the same time he entered into a church marriage with Pugacheva, having passed the baptism ceremony. The fact of baptism in the plot is confirmed by the former head of the consular department of Nativ Khanan Akhitov.
And this means that Galkin is not subject to the law of return and the issuance of an Israeli passport to him was illegal.

The story also highlighted a very real social problem: a lot of incapacitated elderly repatriates are being brought from the Russian Federation to Israel in need of medical care “until the end of their lives”.
