Every day, every air raid alert, teachers and schoolchildren are forced to go outside to get to the bomb shelter. As a result, they are not protected, among other things, from falling fragments of air defense system shells.

Local residents cannot understand why a bomb shelter cannot be built right in the school building, despite the fact that money is regularly allocated for less important “improvement” projects from a security point of view.
