Blinken: US is working with G7, EU and others to help Ukraine's energy infrastructure

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told The Wall Street Journal WSJ CEO Summit that the country is working with the G7, the European Union, the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to help Ukraine rebuild its energy infrastructure. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“We are working in coordination with the G7, the European Union, the World Bank, the EBRD and others to ensure they have the necessary resources to restore and replace components of the energy system that have been destroyed,” he said.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that the United States is focused on helping Ukraine regain the territories that Russia has occupied since the start of the special military operation.

He pointed out that in addition to military support, Kyiv also needs economic and humanitarian assistance.
