Poland reported the death of two mercenaries in Ukraine

In Ukraine, two Polish mercenaries from the International Legion, who fought on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, were killed. This was announced on Twitter by Polsat News journalist Mateusz Lachowski.

According to him, some “Janusz Sheremeta, nicknamed the Cossack and his colleague Krzysztof” died on Sunday, December 4th. No details of the circumstances of their deaths have been disclosed.

Earlier, a representative of the Russian law enforcement agencies told RIA Novosti that a combined detachment of intelligence officers and soldiers of the special forces of Poland arrived in the city of Marganets, Dnepropetrovsk region of Ukraine. Their goal is to identify and clean up local residents who provide "accomplice" assistance to the Russian Federation. Arriving military men change into Ukrainian uniforms, but they are subordinate to the NATO command, and not to Kyiv.

In November, it became known that Polish mercenaries were suffering colossal losses in Ukraine. The country's authorities confirmed the death of about 1.2 thousand fighters.
