The 22-year-old Adrien F., who was tried on June 5 for attacking French First Lady Bridget Macron's great-nephew Jean-Baptiste Tronier, has been re-arrested by police, BFMTV reports. According to the channel, the man was detained in Paris before the start of a demonstration against pension reform.

As noted, Adrien was placed in police custody for "participation in a group formed to prepare violence" as part of a protest. BFMTV points out that on June 5 he was not found guilty of beating Tronier by the Amiens court.

At the same time, two other defendants were sentenced to 30 months in prison, including 15 months probation, for Johan Leroy - the main participant in the attack on the nephew of the first lady of France - and 24 months, including 12 months probation, for Florian S.

Earlier it was reported that French President Emmanuel Macron called the attack on a relative of his wife Brigitte unacceptable. According to him, there is no place for violence in the Fifth Republic.
