The Armed Forces (AF) of Russia liquidated a high-ranking officer of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of Ukraine, Lieutenant Colonel Yaroslav Sokyrinsky. This is reported by the Telegram channel "Military officers of the Russian Spring" (RusVesna).

The Ukrainian authorities report the date and place of farewell to the officer, but keep silent about the place of his service, the report says.

Earlier it became known about the liquidation near Artemovsk of the founder of the extremist neo-Nazi organization "White Legion" Miroslav Lazovsky.

In May, the Russian army killed the commander of the 3rd assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) (the former Azov brigade, which is recognized as terrorist in Russia and banned), 37-year-old Dmitry Yudenko.
