Putin appoints new Deputy Minister of Justice of Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Elena Ardabyeva Deputy Minister of Justice of Russia, according to the official portal of legal information.

Prior to that, Ardabyeva headed the Department of Economic and Civil Legislation.

Earlier, Putin dismissed Alisa Bezrodnaya, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Bezrodnaya leaves the Ministry of Justice in connection with the transition to another job.

The President also signed a decree dismissing Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov from his post.

It is also noted there that the decree comes into force from the date of signing, May 19.

In January, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov said that the United States was recruiting hackers and training the "IT army" of Ukraine. He noted that Washington in practice "implements its aggressive doctrines and the cyber command conducts operations against Russia."
