The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will not be able to go on the offensive on the water due to the partial destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station (HPP). This was stated to Newsweek magazine by former Defense Minister Andrei Zagorodnyuk.

“This [destruction] made it virtually impossible to cross the river in this section,” he said.
