The Aerospace Forces (VKS) of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) of Iran presented the Fattah hypersonic missile with a range of up to 1,400 kilometers, invulnerable to anti-missile defense (ABM), Fars reports.

The Fattah hypersonic missile, the latest strategic achievement of the IRGC Aerospace Forces, was unveiled in the presence of President Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and IRGC Commander-in-Chief Hossein Salami.

It is noted that "Fattah" with a solid fuel engine is able to overcome all missile defense systems and hit them. The range of the new rocket is 1,400 kilometers, and the speed is up to 14-15 thousand kilometers per hour (Mach 12-13). According to the agency, the ammunition is characterized by good maneuverability and increased accuracy. "Fattah" can maneuver in the atmosphere and out of it, remaining invisible to radar systems.
