The Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) hit the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station (HPP) to divert attention from the failures in the counteroffensive. A possible target was named by the acting governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo in his Telegram channel.

“The Kiev regime decided to strike at the food security of the Kherson region and divert attention from its terrible failures in the so-called “counteroffensive”,” the publication says.
