The resettlement of a large number of residents of the Kherson region will not be required after the partial destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station (HPP). This was stated by the Acting Governor of the region Vladimir Saldo in his Telegram channel.

According to him, the incident at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station will not greatly affect the situation in the Kherson region. “Even a major evacuation of people will not be required. Most residents remain in their places, although transport has been sent for them, ”said Saldo.
