President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Telegram tried to find those responsible for the attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station (HPP) and announced the involvement of "Russian terrorists" in the incident.

He also said that all services are already working, and the head of Ukraine himself has convened the National Security and Defense Council.

Earlier it became known that during the attack on the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, presumably, the Alder multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) was used. As a result, the structures of the hydroelectric power station were partially destroyed, which caused three spans to collapse under water pressure.

About 300 houses in Korsunk and Dnepryan, located below Novaya Kakhovka, were in the zone of possible flooding.
