A photo of a Leopard tank appeared on the network, which was allegedly abandoned during the offensive operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The corresponding picture, citing sources related to the marines of the Vostok group, was published by the Telegram channel Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring (RV).

It is specified that the photo was taken near Ugledar.

Earlier, the commander of the Vostok battalion of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Khodakovsky, said that German-made Leopard tanks were noticed in the region. According to him, up to 30 units of this equipment were recorded in the area of the settlement of Novodonetskoye.

On May 24, Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Oleksiy Makeev announced the receipt by Kiev of 110 Leopard tanks. The diplomat also posted a photo of himself against the background of one of the tanks and a video from the repair shop.
