The flag of Russia was stolen from the facade of the building of the Russian Center for Science and Culture (Rossotrudnichestvo representative office) in Chisinau. The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Moldova reports this on its Telegram channel.

The diplomatic mission specified that the incident happened on June 2. They also hoped that the Moldovan authorities would take "exhaustive measures" to investigate the incident and bring the perpetrators to justice.

Earlier it was reported that in Rostov-on-Don, a janitor tore off the Russian flag from a clinic and tried to burn it. The man's actions were caught on video. Later it turned out that the presence of the flag on the facade did not suit the 57-year-old employee of the medical institution, who went over with alcohol in the middle of the working day.
