Most of the personnel of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were destroyed near Avdiivka, Ukrainian prisoner of war Valentin Ivanenko said. It is reported by TASS.

According to him, earlier there were three scouts and four infantrymen for each position. Then, from four to seven scouts began to be withdrawn to positions, since there was no infantry left.
