The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Uzbekistan has registered the incumbent President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as a candidate in the early elections of the head of the republic. The CEC meeting was broadcast on the official website of the department.

The republic's Central Election Commission also registered three more candidates nominated by the country's political parties.
