Volodymyr Saldo, acting governor of the Kherson region, said that the Ukrainian authorities had entered a "new phase of military-political hysteria." His words are reported by RIA Novosti.

“The enemy has entered a new phase of military-political hysteria – he is rushing about and playing dirty tricks as soon as he can,” said the acting head of the Kherson region.

Saldo added that the Russian military should be ready to repel air attacks and ground provocations from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and civilians should be ready to act on the civil defense system.

On June 3, Saldo announced the transfer of artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Kherson direction. “The enemy began to use artillery more actively - his artillery fleet, knocked out by our military, was recently replenished from the Zaporozhye, Odessa and Nikolaev regions,” he said.

Before that, it became known that Russian troops destroyed a warehouse in Kherson with five tons of ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
