Israel plans to share data to include its Iron Dome system in the US Air Defense. It is reported by Defense News.

The publication recalls that earlier the US Army bought two Iron Dome batteries from the Israeli side. At the same time, Washington announced that it was no longer going to purchase such systems from Tel Aviv, since the Israeli side did not want to share data on its operation algorithms with the Americans.

Now, according to the head of the Israeli Missile Defense Organization, Moshe Patel, restrictions on the transfer of sensitive data to the Americans have been lifted.

In May, The Jerusalem Post reported that the Israel Defense Forces had successfully tested a naval version of the Iron Dome air defense system, also known as the C-Dome. Prior to that, its tests were carried out in November.
