Secretary of the National Security Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov, on the air of the Rada TV channel, spoke about Kyiv's readiness to consider the issue of the transit of Russian ammonia for export through the Togliatti-Odessa pipeline.

“This is a very difficult question. The only thing that can be said is that if the conditions for our country are guaranteed by our partners, the issue can be considered,” he said, stressing that the country does not guarantee that it will make a positive decision on this issue.

According to him, the conditions under discussion will relate to the ability of Kyiv to export grain, the amount of which continues to increase in the ports. Danilov noted that certain decisions will be made taking into account the national interests of Ukraine.

Earlier, Russia informed the Joint Coordination Center (JCC) in Istanbul, established as part of the grain deal, about restrictions on the registration of ships heading to the port of Yuzhny in Odessa until the resumption of ammonia exports.
