Motorola has released new folding smartphones of the Razr 40 series. This is reported by GSM Arena.

The base model Razr 40 received a main 6.9-inch AMOLED display with support for a refresh rate of 144 hertz. On the outside of the device is a 1.47-inch secondary screen, which displays notifications and other information. The device is based on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, has from 8 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal memory.

On the back of the gadget is a dual camera with lenses with a resolution of 64 and 13 megapixels with support for optical stabilization. The battery capacity of the presented gadget is 4200 milliamp-hours, the battery supports charging with a power of 33 watts.

The flagship Razr 40 Ultra features a 6.9-inch main screen with a refresh rate of 165Hz and an external 3.6-inch display. The model has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and from 8 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of internal memory. The dual camera received lenses with a resolution of 12 and 13 megapixels. The device came out with a 3800 milliamp-hour battery.

The cost of Motorola Razr 40 was 3999 yuan (about 46 thousand rubles). Smartphone Razr 40 Ultra was estimated at 5699 yuan (about 65 thousand rubles).

Earlier, IDC analysts predicted a decline in smartphone shipments to the market in 2023. According to experts, only the segment of foldable devices will show growth.
