Estonian President Alar Karis arrived on a visit to Kyiv, the head of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said on Telegram.

“Estonia is among those whose assistance to our defense is the fastest and largest, if you look at the ratio of aid to the country’s GDP,” Zelensky said, thanking Karis.

Earlier, Zelensky ordered to check bomb shelters across the country. This happened after some of them were closed in Kyiv during an air raid.
