Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine, called Verkhovna Rada deputy Maksim Buzhansky a "deficit" for speaking Russian on television. The politician posted a statement on his Twitter page.

“The underdogs of the so-called ‘Russian world’ who believe that they have the right to speak Russian on Ukrainian broadcasts have no place not only on television, but also in politics and in Ukraine,” Danilov wrote.

According to him, "all the pro-Russian bastard" who betrayed Ukraine should be "cleaned up to the root and thrown away like toxic Moscow trash."

Earlier, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Maxim Buzhansky refused to speak Ukrainian on the air of the Kiev24 TV channel. He stressed that the state guarantees the free development of other languages, while "half the country speaks Russian."
