The Kyiv authorities have solved the problem with the closed bomb shelters by ensuring that they will be open around the clock. This was stated by the mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko in his Telegram channel.

“A decision was made on round-the-clock access to shelters - mandatory for all institutions. Mandatory for control by all responsible services, ”wrote Klitschko.

He added that local authorities are tightening control over the work of shelters. Residents of the capital will be able to become inspectors of civil control by contacting the Department of Municipal Security.

On the night of June 2, it became known that explosions had occurred in Kyiv, the mayor of the capital also announced the work of the air defense system (air defense).

Earlier, Klitschko said that on the night of June 1, explosions were heard in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Then it became known that up to 10 detonations were heard in the city. All events in the Ukrainian capital that were scheduled for Children's Day have been cancelled.
