Apple devices topped the list of best-selling premium smartphones in the first quarter of 2023. This is reported by the publication PhoneArena.

Media journalists referred to a Canalys report, according to which the iPhone 14 Pro Max was named the best-selling premium smartphone on the market. Canalys experts classify devices worth more than $500, or about 40,000 rubles, as premium devices.

The entire top 3 was also occupied by phones of the American brand. The list includes the iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14, iPhone 13 and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. In total, there were six Apple smartphones in the top ten. In addition, four Samsung gadgets were named among the most popular phones on the market.

According to Canalys analysts, the share of devices over $500 in the market is steadily growing. Compared to the first quarter of 2022, the share of premium devices increased by 4.7 percent. In conclusion, the experts noted that based on current statistics, it can be assumed that Apple could again set a record for profit in the next quarter.
