The plant for serial production of satellites will be built in 2026, Yury Borisov, CEO of the state corporation, said at a meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of Roscosmos. Roskosmos reports this on Telegram.

The state corporation noted that "the direction of the strategy and technical policy has been determined - the formation of multi-satellite constellations and the transition from manual assembly of spacecraft to serial production using automation of part of the production processes."

All this, Roscosmos added, requires the creation of modern production, which will be based on "standardization, unification, replication of technical solutions and new logistics principles."
