🇺🇦 Deputy Mayor Ochakov said that up to 8 thousand hectares of forest burned down on the Kinburn Spit.

He noted that the total area of the two reserves located on the territory of the spit within the Nikolaev region is about 12 thousand hectares.

“These are forest plantations, and wild forests, and steppe, and marsh lands. To date, about 7-8 thousand hectares of land on Kinburn have simply been scorched, there is nothing alive there,” said Alexei Vaskov.
